Zhejiang Electric Power Substitution Realizes 7.107 billion kWh of alternative power

Statistics show that in 2019, State Grid Zhejiang Electric has carried out in-depth expansion of electric energy substitution in seven key areas, including rural and agricultural production, industrial fields, green campuses, all-electric scenic spots, port shore power, commercial catering, and residential re-electrification. A total of 7.107 billion kWh of electricity was replaced.

It is reported that according to the two-year action plan (2019-2020) for energy substitution and improvement of quality and efficiency formulated by State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power at the beginning of 2019, in total, by 2020, State Grid Zhejiang Electric will have accumulated 15.7 billion kilowatts of electric energy substitution. Time.

In terms of breakdown, in industry, by 2020, coal-fired boilers with a capacity of 10 tons/hour and below will be completely eliminated, and the province’s coal-fired boilers with a capacity of 35 tons/hour and below will be eliminated and replaced.

In agriculture, by 2020, 650 million kilowatt-hours of electricity will be replaced in agriculture and rural areas, and 1,000 electrification technology greenhouses will be promoted, 100 grain electric drying demonstration bases, and 100 livestock (aquatic) breeding demonstration bases will be promoted.

In the tourism industry, we will comprehensively deepen the construction of "all-electric scenic spots". By 2020, we will strive to build 85 all-electric scenic spots of 4A and above scenic spots in the province, with a coverage rate of more than 40%.
On green campuses, by 2020, the coverage rate of clean, efficient and green campuses will reach 85%, provide 1,000 energy efficiency analysis reports and optimizing electricity usage proposals for campuses, and promote 100 schools to develop energy custody business and access integrated energy service platforms.

In terms of the electrification of residents, by 2020, the total power of electrical equipment will be 300,000 kilowatts, the promotion of 40,000 electric heating houses, and the establishment of 90 "one-stop" service experience areas for business halls.

In terms of port shore power, speed up the implementation of the “three comprehensives” project of port shore power. By the end of 2020, realize more than 50% of the built containers, ro-ro passenger ships, cruise ships, and more than 3,000 tons in the province’s main ports and ports in the ship emission control zone. Specialized berths for passenger transport and dry bulk cargo above 50,000 tons are capable of supplying shore power to ships. The eastern coast of the province, the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, the public water service area of the inland water system, and the anchor port area have basically achieved full shore power coverage.

In terms of commercial catering, by 2020, 50,000 commercial catering users will be promoted to convert from coal to electricity and from gas to electricity.

State Grid Zhejiang Power will continue to expand the breadth and depth of electric energy substitution, further accelerate the re-electrification of terminal energy consumption, build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy consumption new ecology centered on electricity, and help the construction of a clean energy demonstration province in Zhejiang. Currently, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power is proceeding in an orderly manner in accordance with the action plan.
