State Council: 30 opinions to guide China to achieve green transformation

The State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Establishment and Improvement of a Green and Low-carbon Circular Development Economic System, which put forward 8 items with a total of 30 guiding opinions to accelerate the establishment and improvement of a green and low-carbon circular development economic system. Among them, it is proposed to promote green and low-carbon transportation tools, eliminate the renewal or transformation of old vehicles and ships, port and airport services, urban logistics and distribution, postal express and other fields to give priority to the use of new energy or clean energy vehicles.
